Black Spot in the New Constitution

This document is a newspaper article.  It details how the US is not happy with political party restrictions, and states that there is a black spot in the new Constitution.  The Deputy Chief of Mission of the US Embassy, Wayne J. Bush, says that the Constitution contains a "disregard of the principles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights".
