AUDIT REPORT ON THE ACTS ENACTED BY PARLIAMENT AND ASSENTED TO BY 26TH AUGUST 2011

The primary purpose of this report is to highlight the legislative issues of concern in the laws passed and assented to by the His Excellency President during this period. The report highlights the issues which, in CIC’s opinion, are: a) In conflict with the letter and spirit of the Constitution. b) May not be strictly in conflict with the letter of the constitution but may bring about conflicts with the spirit of the constitution.
