Agreement of the Third Round Negotiations Between the Government and CPN (Maoists)

This document describes how an agreement has been reached between the Government of Nepal and the CPN (Maoists).  It ensures the people's rights, expresses its commitment to 12 points of understanding between the Seven Political Parties and the CPN, and states that an Interim Constitution Drafting Committee has been formed to prepare a draft of the Interim Constitution.
