Acuerdo Sobre Intentos Secesionistas en Bolivia

This Resolution, presented here in Spanish, describes alerting the Ecuadorian and Latin American people about the clear secessionist intentions that have occurred in Santa Cruz, Bolivia.  It ratifies the support of the Bolivian government and President Evo Morales Ayma, and encourages the Latina American community to support the Bolivian government, as well as acknowledging the Ambassador of Bolivia.
