Acuerdo de Rehenes en Colombia

This Resolution, presented here in Spanish, welcomes the fact that freed hostages are allowed to return and reintegrate into everyday life.  It reiterates that the Constituent Assembly wishes that Columbia can find a peaceful and democratic solution and resolve its long internal conflict.
