Federalism and Parties will Work for Uganda's Bright Future

Paper for the Uganda Constitutional Commission and Uganda Political Parties Seminar, held in the conference centre on 21st June 1991, by Chairman UPM (Uganda Patriotic Movement) Luwero District. The paper contains a discussion regarding federalism and political parties in Uganda. It is concluded that Uganda requires a federal system with political parties rather than a one-party system.
