CONSULTATION, DELIBERATION AND DECISION-MAKING: DIRECT PUBLIC PARTICIPATION IN CONSTITUTION-BUILDING
ပြည်သူလူထုတိုက်ရိုက်ပါဝင်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်းလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်သည် ၂၁ ရာစုအတွင်း ဖွဲ့စည်းပုံအခြေခံဥပဒေ တည်ဆောက်ရာ၌ အသုံးပြုသည့် လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်အားလုံးနီးပါး၏ အင်္ဂါရပ်တစ်ခု ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
