International IDEA မှ ထုတ်ဝေလျက်ရှိသော “ဖွဲ့စည်းပုံအခြေခံဥပဒေ တည်ဆောက်ခြင်း” စာတမ်းများကို နိုင်ငံတစ်ဝှမ်း ဖွဲ့စည်းပုံအခြေခံဥပဒေ တည်ဆောက်ရေး သို့မဟုတ် ဖွဲ့စည်းပုံအခြေခံဥပဒေ ပြုပြင်ပြောင်းလဲရေးအတွက် ကောင်းမွန်သော ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်များ ချမှတ်နိုင်ရေးအတွက် ရည်ရွယ်ရေးသားထုတ်ဝေသည်။ နိုင်ငံရေးပါတီများ၊ အရပ်ဖက်အဖွဲ့အစည်းများ၊ အစိုးရဝန်ထမ်းများ၊ လွှတ်တော်ဥပဒေပြုသူများ၊ နိုင်ငံသားများအတွက် အထောက်အပံ့ ဖြစ်စေမည် ဖြစ်သည်။ အစိုးရများအကြားဖွဲ့စည်းထားသည့် အဖွဲ့အစည်း များရှိ ဝန်ထမ်းများ နှင့် ဒေသခံ ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်ချသူများအား မှန်ကန် တိကျသော သက်ဆိုင်ရာ အချက်အလက်များ ပေးရန် တာဝန်ရှိသည့် အခြား ပြင်ပ အဖွဲ့အစည်းများအား နည်းဆောင်လမ်းပြပေးရန် အတွက်လည်း အသုံးဝင်ပေသည်။

This Primer covers the rules governing the tenure, immunity, discipline and removal of judges in constitutional democracies. In particular, it discusses various attempts to balance the need for judicial independence and neutrality to be balanced against judicial responsiveness and accountability.
International IDEA’s Constitution-Building Primers are designed to assist in-country constitution-building or constitutional-reform processes by helping citizens, political parties, civil society organizations, public officials and members of constituent assemblies make wise constitutional choices.
