Zambia: Police Investigate Constitution Roadmap Leak
<p>The Zambia police have put a false show of investigating the alleged leakage of the roadmap of the constitution to the opposition.</p><p>Acting public relations officer Esther Katongo says the police had instituted investigations in the matter with preliminary indications that the roadmap was leaked from within the ministry.</p><p>Katongo said the culprits would be charged for breach of the State Security Act.</p><p>However, the whole exercise seems a sham as government has moved in with the same roadmap that can hardly be labelled an act of security breach.</p><p>The opposition United Party for National Development released a roadmap for delivering a people driven constitution before the 2016 general elections.</p>
