Zambia: Guy Scott Confirms Fears Constitution Is Dead and Buried

<p>Vice President Guy Scott has given the clearest indication that the constitution making process will not be addressed anytime soon by saying the process is ongoing.</p><p><br><br>Scott, who was speaking during the last Vice President's Question Time session in this session of parliament, said the draft constitution will have to wait until it is presented before cabinet for consideration.</p><p><br><br>The Vice President was responding to a question from Lubansenshi Member of Parliament Patrick Mucheleka who caused laughter in the House when he asked the PF government to give the people a new constitution as they were about to bow out of political life.</p><p><br><br>Question: Patrick Mucheleka (Lubasenshi MP):</p>
