Zambia: Chiefs query their exclusion from the constitution "indaba"

<p><span>House of Chiefs vice-chairperson chief Ntambu has questioned SACCORD's decision not to invite traditional leaders to the recently held constitution indaba.&nbsp;</span><span>The Southern Africa Centre for the Constructive Resolution of Disputes on Wednesday held a constitution summit in Lusaka with representatives of civil society organisations, the church and opposition political parties. The government was represented by justice minister Wynter Kabimba.</span></p>
