Turkey's PM cancels constitution meeting with pro-Kurdish party

<p>Turkish Prime Minister&nbsp;Ahmet Davutoğlu&nbsp;has said the pro-Kurdish Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) is neither sincere nor serious about the formation of a new Constitution, while explaining why he canceled his proposed meeting with the party on the topic.&nbsp;<span style="line-height: 20.4px;">Speaking at a press conference in İstanbul on Monday morning before flying to Serbia, Davutoğlu said he would meet with the leaders of the opposition to discuss the creation of a new Constitution and a potential switch to an executive presidential system.</span></p>
