Turkey needs new constitution - Deputy PM says

<p>Turkey needs a new constitution that meets all requirements of the country, Turkish Deputy Prime Minister Ali Babacan was quoted March 13 by Turkish TRT Haber TV channel as saying.&nbsp;<span style="line-height: 20.3999996185303px;">He said that the experience of European countries may be useful for the adoption of the new Constitution.</span></p>
