Thailand: NCPO gives clarification on temporary constitution

<p>The National Council for Peace and Order (NCPO) held a press conference today at 10:00 a.m. at Government House along with broadcasting the conference live through the Television Pool of Thailand, to give clarification to the media and public at large, regarding the launch of a temporary constitution yesterday (22 July 2014).</p><p><br><br>The press conference was presided over by Army General Paiboon Kumchaya, Judge Pornpetch Vichitchonchai, and Legal Expert Visanu Krue-ngam, as the representative of the NCPO law team helping to draft the temporary constitution.</p>
