Sudan's Bashir promises islamic constitution for Sudan

<p>Sudan’s President Omar El Bashir has announced that <a title="Bashir says Sudan to draft new 'Islamic' constitution " href="http://www.worldbulletin.net/index.php?aType=haber&amp;ArticleID=92247">Sudan’s post-secession constitution will be 100 percent Islamic.</a> In a speech in Khartoum this week, President Bashir told religious leaders that the new constitution will serve as a template to the region by being devoid of any western, secular or communist influence.
