South Korean President proposes to allow presidential reelection, but reduce powers of the president

The Korean government revealed the final part of the government’s constitutional amendment bill that seeks to introduce a presidential system that allows two consecutive four-year terms. In addition, the bill also proposes measures to distribute the authority of the president and lower the voting age.
