Rwanda elects new senators after constitutional amendment to term limits

Most members of Rwanda's second Senate completed their eight-year term of office on Thursday as newcomers will take office this month. The Senate of Rwanda has 26 members, among whom 18 senators have concluded their term, while six others will end their term next year, said a statement issued by the parliament on Thursday.
