Polish president suggests November 2018 as Constitution referendum date

Polish president Andrzej Duda has suggested 11 November 2018 as the date for an announced referendum on changes to the country's constitution. The referendum shall give Poles an opportunity to decide on the directions of the country's development: “Which civil rights, which freedoms must be more strongly highlighted", said the President.
