PM states constitution fulfills Nepal's desires, in Bada Dashain greetings message

<p>Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli said the promulgation of the new constitution through the Constituent Assembly (CA) has institutionalised the desires and aspirations held by people for achievement of the political and social rights since the last seven decades.&nbsp; </p><p>In a greetings message delivered on the occasion of Bada Dashain, PM Oli said the Nepal's Constitution was promulgated on September 20 through the people-elected CA as a result of Nepali people's long and relentless struggle.&nbsp; Underlining the country's natural and bio-diversity and other heritages as unrivalled in the world, PM Oli stressed the need to make full use of the natural heritages to propel the country on a path of economic prosperity.&nbsp; </p>
