Philippines President creates task force on federalism and constitutional reforms

President Rodrigo Duterte has formed an inter-agency task force to "integrate, harmonize, and coordinate" efforts towards federalism and constitutional reforms. [ . . . ] The task force will develop strategies and implement ways to properly raise awareness on federalism and constitutional reform. It will hold consultations with the former members of the Consultative Committee (ConCom) and the public. It will also liaise with Congress to initiate the process and address roadblocks to constitutional reform.
