The Consultative Committee (Con-Com) formed by President Rodrigo Duterte approved on Tuesday, July 3, a draft constitution they will submit to the Chief Executive. The draft constitution rules out a term extension for President Rodrigo Duterte, creates 18 federated regions, and 3 high courts. Here are some highlights of the draft document.
