Parliament of Union of People’s Republic Adopts Constitution of Novorossia

<p>The parliament of the Union of People’s Republics (UPR) has adopted changes to the Constitution of the confederative state, passed a number of important laws and appeal, the parliament head Oleg Tsaryov told ITAR-TASS on Tuesday.</p><p><br><br>“The second plenary meeting of the parliament of the Union of People’s Republics has taken place. The meeting adopted changes to the UPR Constitution. We can now rightly, de jure, call our state Novorossia. This name has been enshrined in the Constitution. Our legislative body is now called the parliament of Novorossia,” he said.</p><p><br><br>According to him, a number of important laws have been passed without which the legislative body cannot work - the Law “On Parliament” and on the deputy status.</p> Read the full article here: ITAR-TAAS News Agency
