Mongolia's president submits additional proposals for constitutional amendment

Mongolian President Ts.Elbegdorj submitted several proposals for consideration during the process of amendment of the country's constitution. His proposal focuses on ensuring balance of powers between the Parliament and the Cabinet, particularly appointment and dismissal of a PM.
