In Kyrgyzstan, nominee for prime minister pledges constitutional reform

The Constitution of Kyrgyzstan will be changed within 2 months, a new system will be established, Sadyr Japarov said on KTRK channel last night. He said the Parliament of Kyrgyzstan approved him as Prime Minister in the evening of October 6 and the legitimate power was established in the country [Speaker Abdyldayev explained Japarov was just nominated for the Prime Minister]. Japarov named constitutional reform as the main point of his program.
