Kosovo's president calls on parliament to find solution to deadlock in accordance with constitution

The President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, has called on parliamentary parties to find a solution in accordance with the country's Constitution to establish the new Parliament and Government as soon as possible. Osman's call comes at a time when the Assembly has remained hostage to the selection of its deputy speaker from the Serb minority - the final step necessary for the final constitution of the Assembly.
