Hungarian parliament approved constitutional amendments on emergencies related to terrorism

<p>Hungary’s Parliament amended the country’s Fundamental Law on Tuesday, as part of which it supplemented the rules relating to special legal order with the category of “state of terrorism threat”.&nbsp;The declaration of a state of terrorism threat, however are subject to the votes of two thirds of&nbsp;the lawmakers.</p>
