Guyana's constitution reform commission engages in discussion with constitutional experts

The Constitution Reform Commission of Guyana, over the period 14th to 17th April, 2025, was involved in a programme of Constitution Education aimed at equipping members of the Commission with a better understanding of constitution provisions that can enhance the state/citizens relations and that can set the parameters to assist Government to act further in the public interest and for the public good. The facilitators of the Constitution Education Programme were Dr. Elliott Bulmer and Professor Christine Murray, two very distinguished constitutional experts who were made available, to the Constitution Reform Commission of Guyana, by the Netherlands-based International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance (International IDEA).
