Guinea Bissau to conduct constitutional reforms after national consultation; ECOWAS, UN to provide experts

Political rivals in the West African state of Guinea Bissau have agreed to allow Prime Minister Baciro Dja to remain in office until 2018 as part of talks to end more than a year of infighting.
The rivals signed an agreement on Friday in the capital of Conakry for the implementation of a Sept. 10 framework that aims to end the crisis in the former Portuguese colony.
