Greece's PM proposes constitutional referendum

Greece's Prime Minister, Alexis Tsipras, proposed a referendum on changing the electoral system. Critics argue that it is akin to “dissolving the Constitution”. The referendum could take place in autumn. The opposition parties threatened to boycott the process and to encourage citizens not to vote.
