<p>Government spokeswoman Olga Gerovasili on Tuesday said the government may consider holding a referendum over its planned review of the country’s constitution and electoral law.</p><p>Speaking at a regular press briefing in Athens, Gersovasili said the government aims to hold extensive consultations with political parties and social agencies before finalizing any plans for these reforms, adding that while a referendum has not been discussed it cannot be ruled out.</p><p>She added that the government expects the consultation process on the review to take about a year.</p><p> </p>
