Fiji launches first ever constitution in Braille format

<p>SUVA, April 3 (Xinhua) -- Fiji on Thursday launched its
first ever constitution written in Braille format, etching another
record into the South Pacific country's history books.
</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>At the launching of the constitution in Braille, which will
enable those who are visually impaired to read and know the full content
of Fiji's 2013 Constitution, Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama said all
Fijians must have access to a copy of the constitution, which bestows
the title of Fijian on every citizen and does not define and divide
people by ethnicity.
