Czech Senate approves constitutional lawsuit against president

The Czech Senate approved on Wednesday evening a draft constitutional lawsuit against President Milos Zeman over his suspected breach of the Constitution. Forty-eight senators out of 75 voted in favor of the action while 20 were against it, and seven abstained. To make it through, a three-fifth majority of all senators present, or 45 votes, was needed at least.
