Consensus impossible in Nepal, says UML member

<p>Chairman KP Oli of United Marxist Leninist who the other day batted for reviving an updated version of 1990 constitution or at best transforming the existing interim constitution into a permanent one has blamed the opposition parties, Unified Maoists and Madhesi alliance for conspiring to entirely derail the constitution drafting process.<span style="line-height: 20.3999996185303px;">&nbsp;</span></p><p>He made the allegation at the party’s parliamentary delegation meeting, December 9, 2014.</p> <p>What is the use of 22-Party opposition alliance, asked Oli and replied, the alliance was formed by Maoists to stall the constitution drafting process.</p>
