Burkina Faso's Interim President: new constitution needs to be drafted after the October elections

<p><span>Burkina Faso President Michel Kafando said Tuesday it was essential that the country's new leaders, to be elected in October, draft a new constitution and submit it for referendum.&nbsp;</span><span style="line-height: 20.3999996185303px;">"It is absolutely necessary that there is a change in the constitution" and that the text be put to the people in a referendum, Kafando said in an interview with AFP during a visit to France.</span></p><p><span style="line-height: 20.3999996185303px;"><br></span></p>
