Bangladesh parliament will hold brief session to meet constitutional obligation

The parliament is going to hold a brief session under special arrangement on April 18 to meet the constitutional obligation amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. [ . . . ] The seventh session of the 11th parliament will be held on April 18 because of constitutional obligation to sit within 60 days of the previous session, and individuals involved with the parliamentary process said it will be the briefest session in the history of Bangladesh.
