Bangladesh begins nationwide survey on constitutional reform

A nationwide public opinion survey will begin on Thursday to gather citizens' views on constitutional reform in Bangladesh. The Bangladesh Bureau of Statistics will carry out the survey across all 64 districts of the country, on behalf of the Constitutional Reform Commission. The survey will be conducted from December 5 to December 10, 2024, the commission said in a press release on Wednesday. The Constitutional Reform Commission was established on October 7 by the Interim Government to review and evaluate the existing constitution.
