Australian parliamentary inquiry to recommend referendum allowing MPs be dual citizens

An inquiry ordered by Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull in response to Parliament's citizenship crisis is poised to recommend a referendum amending the constitution, but the government is already signalling its scepticism about the appetite for changes to permit the election of dual citizens.
