Support to OAS election observation missions

This project allows both CIDA and the Organization or American States (OAS) to respond rapidly and effectively to mutually agreed requests from member states for election observation missions (EOMs). This project helps the OAS to better plan the EOMs and to leverage CIDA funding with other donors earlier in the process, thereby substantially reducing transaction and administrative costs.
