National Endowment for Democracy (NED) grant to Alliance Féminine pour le Développement

To contribute to the improvement of women's status in Kailo territory. ALFED will host a four-day training seminar focusing on human rights, democratic values, nonviolence, peaceful cohabitation, and decentralization. The attendees will then host similar seminars in villages throughout Kailo. ALFED will also conduct a three-day seminar to guide political administrators, traditional chiefs, and public opinion leaders through the new laws on decentralized power and the general provisions of the new constitution.
