Nepal constitution amendment proposal to be put on hold

After a consultative meeting with Nepal's Prime Minister, it was announced that the constitutional amendment process will be now put on hold and continued only after the third round of local level elections as the required two-third majority in the Parliament is not likely to be achieved at the moment.
