Booklet produced by the Constitutional Assembly of the Republic of South Africa. The booklet deals with the describing the role of a Constitution and democracy, a brief history of constitutions in South Africa, the levels of government, rule of law, accountability and transparency etc. A summary of the Working Draft of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa is also included in the booklet.
