Agreement Between the Government and the CPN (Maoists)

This document states the agreement that negotiations shall be organized between the Government of Nepal and the CPN in the participation of the top leaders of the seven political parties and the CPN.  Also, a National Monitoring Committee on Code of Conduct for Ceasefire shall be formed to monitor the implementation of the 12-points understanding between the Seven Political Parties and the CPN.
