This document includes two submissions. The first one is by M H Prozesky, Professor of Religious Studies, who argues that the words "May God protect our people" in the Preample of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa discriminate against non-theists. The second submission is by the Reproductive Rights Alliance who requests the possibility to defend the certification of the new Constitution by the Constitutional Court in matters relating to reproductive rights.
