Resolucion Asamblea General Orginaria de Municipalidades2

This document, presented here in Spanish, is a resolution that asks SENRES and the Comptroller General of the State to adopt the necessary corrections as soon as possible.  The budget of the Municipality of Eloy Alfaro, shows that they are underfunded, and have only been allocated resources to pay the salaries.
