This document, presented here in Spanish, is the Law of the Functioning of the Constituent Assembly.  It includes information on its nature and headquarters, decisive acts, the organization itself, the Assembly Members, the initiative to present Constitutional proposals, debates in the plenary sessions, the procedure of approving Constitutional text, the process of developing laws of fiscalization, forms of voting, participation and social communication on the development of the Constitution, ethics, the approval referendum, and amendment to and interpretation of the law.
