Namibia: Provision for Holding an Election for a Constituent Assembly

This Official Gazette states that a Constituent Assembly is to be established in Namibia, with the supervision and control of the United Nations.  It details various laws in the Schedule, including administrative provisions in connection with the election, determination of polling days and submission of lists of candidates, preliminary arrangements for the taking of the poll, voting at polling stations, determination of the result of the poll and the announcement of the result of the election, offences and penalties, and general provisions.
