The Kenya Citizens and Foreign Nationals Management Service Act, 2011

An Act of Parliament to establish the citizens and foreign nationals management service as a central body for the identification and registration of persons, Immigration matters, the issuance of identification and travel documents, aliens management, integration of population registration data and the administration and enforcement of all the laws relating to registration and for connected purposes.
