Cayman Islands Elections Law (2004 Revision)

This is the elections law of the Cayman Islands. The act regulates and sets forth procedures concerning elections in the Cayman Islands, among other aspects polling divisions, appointment of returning officers, application to register as an elector, taking of oaths, electors registration cards, etc. are considered.
