Constitutional Assembly: Theme Committee One (Character of the Democratic State): Minutes 4th Meeting of the Theme Committee

At this meeting, the Committee discussed the Core Group’s proposed work plan. The Committee decided that the areas of prioritization were democracy, equality, supremacy of the constitution, defining representative government, and accountability. The Committee also decided that the issues of national symbols and separation of powers need to be referred to commissions. The Committee also determined which issues need to be addressed by the technical experts.
