The Draft Bill to Amend the Constitution of Kenya

The Constitution of Kenya Review Commission(CKRC)was the main body enthrusted with the responsibility of kickstarting and managing the review process.In that capacity, one of its most important functions was to prepare a draft Constitution for consideration at the National Constitutional Conference(NCC). This report is comprises the draft bill to amend the constitution prepared by the Commission in line with this mandate.
